We really wanted to visit the Crunch facility as it's located nationwide it would have been a great opportunity to see how the gym facility was. We were told we needed to speak to the sales person who would come in at 10am. We had a free pass to submit to the gym, came promptly when they opened at 8am, was told to pay the $35 dollar fee and that the trial was not valid. This is probably the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. ![]() ![]() Was so pumped and upon arriving at the facility I was notified that because I did not live in south beach I could not use the pass but the manager kindly offered a 10 fee for admission and I was told I could be offered the same price all week and my wife would be offered the same price.Had a great workout, told my wife gym was great! What a difference a day makes,wife and I traveled to the same place the next day and were treated like some trash that just walked in of the street! This woman after I explained my previous visit and what the manager had offered me shut that down and was so condescending and rude and said I’m the General Manager and you can’t have it for that price! Crunch, this lady is hopefully not a representative of how you conduct your business professionally! Wow what a difference a day makes, after arriving in south beach, me and my wife searched for a gym to work out in and thought we found a great gym after crunch offered a 3 day pass online as long as you filled out a small form online.
